Desert Sage Herbs is a mother/daughter owned and run herbal store located in beautiful Chandler, Arizona. Their store front is a warm, relaxing atmosphere where you can browse through a large variety of health books, choose from over 300 jars of organic and ethically grown wildcrafted herbs, teas and spices, and experience the beautiful fragrances of over 70 organic and wildcrafted therapeutic quality essential oils. Vicki always had vision to support and educate the community with their personal health care choices. After graduating from Arizona State University in 1995 and working a year in corporate America, Brittney joined her mother, a former teacher of 20 years, to open Desert Sage Herbs in 1999. Both mother and daughter come together with eclectic training making their store a unique experience. Along with her educational background, Vicki, an aromatherapist, a Feng Shui Practitioner, specializing in Residental and Fashion and an active member of the Western Herbalism Advisory Board at the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts, has studied herbs and Ayurveda, Brittney, a clinical herbalist, has a private herbal and iridology practice. Along with their busy schedule of running their successful herbal store, both Vicki and Brittney teach classes and seminars on herbs, aromatherapy, and cancer support throughout the valley. They also consult regularly with various Naturopaths, Health Care Practitioners and Chiropractors about the integration of herbs and essential oils in their private practices. Vicki and Brittney invite you to browse through their pleasurable and peaceful surroundings. With their combined training and education, they will happily assist you with your health needs and questions in a friendly, relaxed manner treating each of you as a special and unique individual. |
